Returns

- To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items

- Downloadable software or digital products
Return Process
- Email us at returns@pickleshop.net with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Package the item securely and send it back using the provided label.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at returns@pickleshop.net.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- If you’re returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
